The ‘Shoot to Kill Anniversary Committee’ has been formed by like minded individuals from the Mid/North Armagh area from differing backgrounds who feel that that the death of these six young men in the troubled times of 1982 should be remembered. The 25th anniversary of these deaths presents us with an opportunity to reflect on the terrible events of that period and to celebrate the resilience of their families and our community.

Donations
This coming November, the Anniversary Committee plan to build a permanent memorial, produce a DVD, and organise a number of events including a memorial lecture by an internationally recognised authority on state sanctioned killings. To fund these, we are dependant on the goodwill and generosity of the North Armagh community.
